Cook rice with an equal amount of water (1:1 ratio) to create plumpy, moderately firm rice.
*Rice that has been lightly rinsed 3 times, soaked for 45 min., and then drained (approx. 380g before soaking)
You can create various dishes by changing the Rice Pot Soup Stock and ingredients.
Change the Rice Pot Soup Stock to soup stock with a chicken powder base for a Chinese-style dish, a consommé soup base for an Italian-style dish, and a bonito-based stock for a Japanese-style dish. The amount of ingredients you use is up to you. In addition, you can use seasonal ingredients to enjoy seasonal dishes.
